After teaching for a number of years, Toni joined Jim in real estate and has been involved in every aspect of the real estate profession for over a decade. She is a graduate of Sweet Briar College, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics, and she holds a Masters in Education from Lynchburg College. Her spare time is occupied by knitting, riding, caring for 6 horses, a donkey, four dogs, two cats, and Jim. She founded in Lexington an alternative Christmas gift giving program, "Glorious Gifts, which supports various local and a few international charities. It has become a very successful and popular way to give to those in need. She is also committed to voluntary land conservation and the wise stewardship of open space. She and Jim have enjoyed renovating a large bank barn, an old farm house, and saving and rebuilding a 200+ year old chestnut log cabin.
