Following a successful career in Trade Marketing with a Fortune 500 company, Bev Tatum was ready for a new challenge. An introduction to Weichert Realtors led her to advance her education and obtain her Real Estate License. With her marketing background, assisting home sellers came naturally.

However, with a desire to help others, Bev chose to specialize in making the dream of homeownership possible to first-time buyers as well. It is in this realm where Bev has found her niche and her passion.

A native Virginian, Bev appreciates the privilege of all people to own their home and works diligently to make this possible for as many Americans and multi-national clients as possible. When asked, Bev has even assisted first-time real estate investors to achieve their goals as well.
