Beth Frazer, Owner/Broker, has been in real estate for twenty two years in the Oriental markets. Of those years, she has worked in general real estate brokerage as well as on-site amenitized community sales with River Dunes, an award winning Master Planned community. Beth has in-depth knowledge of the River Dunes community and the exposure to both segments of the real estate market has provided Beth with a unique perspective and understanding of the area, home owners associationswhat questions to ask developers as well as warning signs to heedmarketing, the selling process, and in depth knowledge and understanding of Coastal Carolina region as a whole.
Beth has an extensive background in marketing. Prior to working in real estate, Beth worked in health care marketing for over fourteen years. As Marketing Director, she was responsible for initiating and implementing the continuous evaluation of marketing efforts for the hospital and its seven subsidiary agencies.
Beth is an army brat, born in Ft. Knox Kentucky, and as is the custom with military children, has lived in various areas. She received a B.S. degree from East Carolina University. She has four children and resides in Oriental. Her past times include sailing, power boating, paddle boarding, yoga, the arts and travel.
