Nick Whitelock began his real estate career at the young age of 19. Having grown up in a family steeped in Real Estate tradition, Nick developed a love for assisting buyers and sellers through transactions that have included large farm sales and purchases as well as commercial transactions with numerous valley businesses. Nick brings to the table a fresh and eager outlook to the real estate profession that integrates new technology to help expedite the buying and selling process.

While working as a Real Estate agent with Massanutten Realty, Nick earned an associates degree in Business from Blue Ridge Community College (2013) and a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Concentration in Marketing from Bridgewater College (2015). Nicks formal education has provided him with communication and marketing skills necessary to facilitate a real estate transaction.

During his free time Nick enjoys spending his time outdoors, hunting, fishing and hiking in the valley. Married and resides in McGaheysville.
