Born and raised in Middlesex County and from a small town known for its oysters (Urbanna), Matthew joined Hometown Realty and The Mike Chenault Group in 2019. With 15+ years experience in the Food Service Industry, Matthew's passion for helping others is what led to pursuing a career in Real Estate. At Hometown, Matthew says "we are like a big (little) family" and we treat people the way we want to be treated. This has led him to develop and build strong lasting relationships with his clients by delivering quality service and treating them like family.
Outside of work you can find Matthew in one of his happy places. Somewhere on the water with a fishing pole in hand, spending quality time with best friend and wife Kristen playing outside with their dogs or, as anyone who knows him, watching hoops as he grew up a die-hard college basketball fan of the Duke Blue Devils.
