Ive been selling real estate since 2003 after more than a decade at Ringling Bros. and Barnum and Bailey Circus (yes, as in Lions and Tigers and Bears, oh my) and later worked for an Internet start-up. College started as a full time endeavor and evolved into night school ending with a degree in Business Administration. However, the designation Im most proud of is the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) held by less than four percent (4%) of real estate agents in the country.
My first real estate broker was critical of the time spent with clients. "You need to focus on volume, not people! We had a deep, philosophical divide. Isnt the time that an agent spends with you part of what makes everything work?
