When it comes to helping people buy or sell what is most likely their largest investment, there is never a place for being pushy, though I have been known to tell my clients to "bring their checkbooks" when I knew I had found their perfect home. I have actually read the Regional Sales Contract, the Virginia Jurisdictional Addendum (snore) and all the rest of the boring addendums. I can even tell you what they say, and more importantly, what they mean. OVER 20 years in this business, and I have never failed to sell a listing, I'm quite proud of that.
