When listing homes, I analyze the market and price the home where it will sell as quickly as possible. I also provide my sellers with optimal marketing tactics to help sell their home as quickly as possible. Ensuring the home has quality photos that showcase its' features, placing the listing in multiple listing services and marketing the home across social media networks are some ways that I market a home.
When I meet a new buyer for the first time I find out what their needs of a new home is. I make sure that I find homes that meet the criteria and help the new homeowners narrow down the search to their perfect home. Once found, I walk my buyers through the rest of the process of getting the keys to their new home. I want my buyers to have a very smooth buying process and want this major life milestone to be a happy memory.
