When I sat down to write about myself I was not sure what I wanted to convey. I began thinking about why and how I got started in the best business in the world, and that process took me back to my childhood. My father was a talented architect and, though I didnt realize it at the time, I was putting little pieces of how houses worked and how they were designed away for future reference. My mother owned her own business and from her I learned how important it is to take good care of customers, treat them well and they will return. ??I attended Randolph-Macon Womans College in Lynchburg, majoring in political science, and learning about the art of compromise, an important tool in negotiating. I made many friends at college and in the Lynchburg community and have kept and cherished those relationships through the years. As the past president of the Richmond R-MWC alumnae association I was responsible for planning events, meetings and the dissemination of important information to its members. For fifteen years I have been listing and selling homes in the Richmond area and making lots of friends along the way. I can think of nothing I would rather do than bring people who want to sell together with people who want to buy and make them all happy in the process. I run my business just like my mother, I want to see my customers again and I want them to give my name to their friends.?? Whether I am trying to find someone their dream home or trying to get them out of town fast, I promise you that no one works harder to make wishes come true.As a RE/MAX Agent, Ive been able to participate in a program that makes wishes come true for children in need. It has been a privilege to help support the Childrens Miracle Network through the RE/MAX $100 Million Campaign. A portion of my commission is allocated to the Childrens Miracle Network and better still, the funds are used locally here in Richmond, Virginia. The Childrens Miracle Network has made a difference for millions of kids, transforming lives through lifesaving research, charitable care and specialized treatment. In 2009, RE/MAX Associates total donations to Childrens Miracle Network topped $100 Million.Check out the rest of my website where you will find properties for sale all over the Richmond area. I also have the privilege of covering the Rivah region of the Chesapeake Bay. My grandfather was an historian of the bay and now I get to help you enjoy the beauty he fell in love with! There are also lots of interesting tidbits relative to real estate. Then give me a call and lets get started making your wishes come true. I look forward to meeting and working with you.
