With over 26 years of experience in the mortgage industry, I first started servicing loans as a Customer Service Rep with FannieMae in 1991. I obtained my Maryland Real Estate license in 1999 and DC license in 2006, selling new and resale homes, while also assisting homebuyers with the purchase of their homes. In 2008, I obtained a certification as a HUD Certified Housing Counselor. I dedicated 6 years of my career assisting homeowners with pre-foreclosure options, i.e., modifications and short sales. I also coordinated first-time home buyer courses and financial literacy classes which educated HUD clients on financial capabilities and the home buying process.
