Abby Walters was born and raised in Strasburg, right here in the Shenandoah Valley. She knows and loves every acre of this community and the surrounding valley as only a hometown dreamer can. In 2020, when Abbys interpersonal skills, community-mindedness, experience, and expertise had helped her to build a large and loyal clientele after 14 years as a successful independent Realtor, she formed Team Abby Walters. Despite being hit by pandemic conditions in its second year, Team Abby Walters has continued to grow and THRIVE! Venturing into various forms of video technology and marketing has helped to grow Team Abby Walter's business virtually as well as on the ground. Team Abby Walter's ability to shift and pivot during the most challenging times pushed them forward to better accommodate their community. This growth eventually led Abby to establish her own Brokerage, Preslee Real Estate, in January of 2021. Abby's tried and true processes, level of organization, and top-level service have quickly led Team Abby Walter's to become the gold standard provider in Real Estate for the Northern Shenandoah Valley and surrounding areas.
Abbys vision includes much more than just a determination to sell properties and satisfy clients. Team Abby Walter's is set up to help newly minted and veteran agents alike to achieve maximum success and client satisfaction. She personally trains, coaches, and teaches day by day to allow her team members to provide the same great service she has always offered. Team Abby Walter's includes a Listing Coordinator who enters listings into the MLS as well as a Transaction Coordinator who thoroughly reviews all of the agents paperwork and assists from contract to closing. We also have on staff Marketing/Social Media Managers who work with all of our agents to maximize exposure for listings and provide prospective buyers with the best possible selection of ideal properties.
