I am an alumnus of Va. Tech with a degree in engineering and was employed by DuPont for 31 years. I have been very active in this community for many years and have held leadership positions in such organizations as Big Brothers/Big Sisters (was the founder of this organization), Arc of Augusta, United Way, RiverFest, Dogwood Place, Waynesboro Senior Center, Camp Virginia Jaycee, Rotary and the Wayne Theatre Alliance. I received the distinguished Salvation Armys Overton Award and have been named Outstanding Your Man of Virginia. I am an active member of Main Street United Methodist Church and live in Augusta county with my wife Amy.
