Born and raised in Hoosick Falls, NY, Floyd moved to Vermont in 1994. His sales career spans 20 years with 7 of those in the car business and the last 13 running a successful Aflac Insurance team in both Vermont and western Massachusetts. Floyd has built his reputation and career around honesty and fairness as well as having excellent communication skills. All of which are vital to a successful Real Estate career not to mention the most important qualities that Maple Leaf Realty looks for in an agent.

With an interest in this business for the last several years and a passion and excitement to help others, we are thrilled that Floyd decided to make the leap and join us as our newest agent. He will continue to assist his insurance clients while expanding his services with real estate. Floyd clearly has a top notch work ethic and the energy to go along with that and is looking forward to this opportunity to reach out and help even more people.

He isnt all work and no play, though. He and his fiance, Melissa, have one fur baby named Harley (no not a furry baby but a big baby of a Rottweiler) They enjoy relaxing by the pool and fire pit, visiting new places and most importantly, spending time with family and friends. Golfing, snowmobiling, and riding his motorcycle round out a much needed balance in Floyds life.
