Bills hands-on knowledge of homes, land, and commercial properties is rooted in his years as a builder and contractor and his adventures as an avid, lifelong outdoorsman. A Vermont Realtor since 2002, Bill brings to each interaction attention to detail, accessibility, and skill in clarifying the sometimes complex aspects of real estate transactions. He enjoys utilizing the most up-to-date technological tools to help keep clients and customers well-informed, and for him the best and most important part of the job is working together toward a common goal: a successful sale or purchase.
Bill holds a BA in theater from Bethany College and an MFA in directing from the University of Virginia, and was co-founder and artistic director of southern Vermonts Whetstone Theatre Company. When hes not in the office, you can find him fly-fishing a mountain stream or hiking in the woods with his partner, Cathy, and their yellow Lab, Cabot.
