Story Jenks is the regional manager for Eastern and Southern Vermont, and joined LandVest in 2006. He has established himself as a top broker for unique Vermont properties ranging from luxury country retreats, waterfront, equestrian and village properties, and timberland and agricultural land. Story draws on deep expertise in land planning, valuation, conservation, auctions, current use and marketing to help his clients make informed decisions and to achieve their most successful sales. Story has set record sales in the Woodstock and Upper Valley, as well as in Southern Vermonts Mountain Region.
An accomplished equestrian, Story represented the United States at the World Championships in Three Day Eventing, and is an active member of the Green Mountain Hounds. He is a graduate of the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, and received his early training in analysis and valuation at Salomon Brothers, a New York investment bank. He and his wife, Dia, have three grown sons and have lived on their late 18thcentury farm for 30 years.
