Laurie is the CEO/President and a Partner of Four Seasons Rutland. She has been practicing real estate since 1994 and in 2005 earned her Vermont Broker's license. Laurie was named Business Leader of the Year in 2021 by the Chamber & Economic Development of the Rutland Region. In 2011, Laurie was named REALTOR of the Year for the State of Vermont and was awarded the Omega Tao Rho Medallion of Service and inducted into the National Association of REALTORS. In 2002, 2007, and again in 2011, she was named REALTOR of the Year by the Rutland County Board of REALTORS. Laurie was named Woman of the Year 2013/2014 by the National Association of Professional Women and named Best Realtor 2013 by the Rutland Business Journal. She is a past President of the Rutland County Board of REALTORS 2002/2003 and has served as membership chair as well as the chair of the RPAC Committee Government Affairs and Hall of Fame. Laurie was a Vermont Association of REALTORS director 2008/2009 and has served as the state's RPAC Chair and sits on the National Association of Realtors Participation Council. Laurie enjoyed teaching first-time homebuyer classes at Neighborworks of Western Vermont. Additionally, she contributed articles on the real estate market to the Rutland Herald's Real Estate is Local section. She is a Past President for the Chamber & Economic Development of the Rutland Region and is chair of its Membership Committee. She is a past President and current Chair of the Paramount Theatre and serves as the chair of its' Festival of Trees fundraiser. Laurie was married in 2014 and resides in Rutland.
