In 2011, I made the transition from construction engineer/senior manager on large specialty construction projects to real estate sales. The change has been both exciting and rewarding as I was able to transfer a lot of skills I can put to work for my clients. For forty-five years I have been estimating what a project or property is worth, applying my attention to detail in bringing the transaction to fruition, and overcoming the many hurdles and challenges unique to each project.

I love the competition of being involved in business transactions, but I also enjoy the opportunity to learn new skills and techniques as the real estate business changes, and new technology becomes available.
My hobby of tree farming and my background as a Civil Engineer enhance my ability to look at each estate/parcel/farm as the unique property it is, and quickly understand its "highest and best use before bringing it to market.
I will use the same skills I gained during the intense marketing and sales of multi-million dollar projects - including devising a custom marketing plan for your property - to provide the proper exposure.
Additionally, my experience in a professional setting enhances my ability to negotiate on your behalf, and ensure that you are receiving the compensation that you are due at closing.
As a 7th generation Vermonter whose family has been actively involved in agriculture enhances my love for Vermont and understanding of people who live here or want to live here.
