For 15 years Jane worked in advertising and marketing in New York for clients that included Procter and Gamble, L'Oreal, and Lipton Soups. When her two children were still young, she left the corporate world and began buying, renovating and selling homes in northern New Jersey. During this period, she also obtained her Contractors License and studied interior design at Parsons and New York School of lnterior Design. Prior to embarking on her Real Estate career, she operated Jane Austin Design, LLC and was an active member of the American Society of Interior Designers (ASID).

Jane began her real estate career with Roth Real Estate, a well-established family-owned company that had served Sugarbush and the Mad River Valley since 1961. While working at Roth Real Estate, Jane was one of the highest producers among real estate agents in the Mad River Valley area. She became a licensed real estate broker in 2016 and joined Keller Williams Vermont in 2020. She is a member of the National Association of Realtors and holds designations as an Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) and Resort and Second-Home Property Specialist (RSPS). At Keller Williams, she has continued to be a top producer and has earned a designation as a KW Luxury agent.

Working as a real estate broker, Jane is able to combine all the aspects of her business life - advertising, marketing, building, construction, and design - to help her customers and clients find the perfect country property here in this beautiful part of Vermont.
