Teya is second generation realtor, raised by parents who were both highly successful in real estate, so real estate is in her "blood"! Even as a child, Teya was fielding calls in her parent's busy real estate office, and spending weekends at open houses. Teya has been an avid investor in real estate since 1993. She personally renovates homes, and has a keen eye for distinguishing possibilities in redesigning space with beauty and efficiency. Teya works with a variety of clients - first time home buyers, retirees, and investors - helping each of them to identify properties that will meet their financial and personal goals. Teya has a background in education, counseling and coaching, and an MA degree in Human Development, which is very useful in a business that is also highly personal, and involves important decisions and transitions. You will be in good hands!
Teya's husband John is a renowned acoustic blues guitar musician and they are happily in love, and forever enchanted by the beauty and serenity of the Pacific Northwest and the Olympic Peninsula in particular.
