Born and raised in Tacoma, Kimberlee Calabaza has the experience of a long time Real Estate Broker with 22 years of expertise, all of those years with Coldwell Banker.
She met her husband while he was stationed at JBLM & they have been together for over 38 years. Kimberlee has 4 children-- 1 teen daughter & 3 adult sons. She also has 2 grandsons and a granddaughter. She loves quality family time -- family game night or movie night. She enjoys socializing, camping, traveling or reading a good book.
Over the years, Kimberlee has acted as team captain for Coldwell Banker Bain Tacoma's Relay for Life team as well being a member of Coldwell Banker Bain Tacoma's Brokers' Council. She is a consistent Tacoma Pierce County Association of Realtors' Award Recipient for production and is part of the Coldwell Banker Bain's Diamond Society!
Along with all these experiences under her belt, Kimberlee is a dedicated real estate broker who takes pride in her work and puts her clients' needs first. Kimberlee works with our Military and is a member of Navy Federal Credit Union Realty Plus. She enjoys working with First Time Buyers, she finds it rewarding to assist buyers in finding the "perfect" first home. She works hard with sellers in selling their house and moving on to their new home by "downsizing" or "upgrading" or "relocating"...whatever the need. Kimberlee has listed all types of properties from single family homes to multi-units to vacant land & commercial. While she specializes in Pierce County, she also serves Thurston & King Counties.
