Having lived and worked in most places on the Olympic Peninsula, James has deep roots planted in the surrounding area and a love of what the area has to offer. Thats why after about a decade away he and his wife returned to the area to finish raising their family.

His grandfather was a pioneer in the early logging industry near Lake Ozette and his immediate and extended family on both sides have contributed to the local economy in logging, fishing, the service industry, construction and small business.

James enters the real estate industry having served as an educator for the past 20 years, some of those split between Sequim, Port Angeles and Chimacum. His service to the community now finds him helping others in their pursuit of making their real estate dreams become reality. Whether you are buying your first home, scaling up or down, or relocating, James has an expansive knowledge of the greater Olympic Peninsula to help you find just what youre looking for. His goal is to provide a premier experience to his clients.

James earned his Bachelors degree in Exercise Science from Western Washington University and his Masters in Teaching from City University of Seattle. Currently, his wife is a teacher at Sequim High School. He has a daughter attending the University of Washington, a son at the University of Montana and a daughter at Sequim High School. Over the years he has found a passion for home renovation and landscaping, having extensively transformed his last two properties. James enjoys spending his free time with family and friends, hiking, strolling the beach, working out in his garage gym or riding his Harley. Come check out his fitness classes offered at the local Sequim YMCA.
