My grandparents bought over 100 acres in Sequim back in the 1970s, and my mother was raised exploring the foothills of the Olympic Mountains, raising spring livestock for the Clallam County fair, and learning to garden and harvest from the land. My mom moved away for college, but we eventually moved back to Sequim when I was 8 years old. I spent all of my spare time running amok through the same forests my mother did, learning woodsman skills and hearing the stories of farm-life from my grandfather.
Inspired by these tellings, I purchased my own rural property in 2016, and quickly improved upon it to accommodate a more homesteading type lifestyle. We raise equines, hoofed livestock, poultry, and raise our own produce. Because of my experience, many of my clients rely on me to help find their own properties suitable for a mini-farm or horses.
I've listed and sold vacant land, homes within city limits of both Sequim and PA, and rural properties in Clallam and Jefferson counties. My typical work areas are as far west as Forks, and as far east as the Hood Canal Bridge, although I am licensed to sell anywhere in the state of Washington.
