About Our Team
Monica joined her husband, Bill Percich, in the island real estate business about 10 years ago. A member of the Windermere Real Estate/San Juan Island team since 2010, she quickly established herself as a successful and highly productive asset to the company. Her local knowledge, experience, integrity and community connections have afforded her a high success rate in closing transactions. Owning several income properties of their own, she has firsthand experience in property management and residential/commercial real estate sales. With over six years of experience in the Real Estate/Property Management industry Jacoba has a very strong background in customer service. She has managed a large inventory of homes for an island property management firm for a number of years. She brings a high degree of professionalism, ambition, integrity and great energy to our team.
