Favia was born in Colorado but grew up in Williston, North Dakota. In 2007, she moved to Steamboat Springs and has been an important part of the community ever since. Favia was drawn to the friendly community and the opportunity to ski.

She has worked in the industry for the past 15 years, starting as a sales agent and working her way up to becoming a General Manager for a local property management company. She enjoys sharing her love for Steamboat through her work.
In her free time, Favia enjoys skiing, practicing yoga, rafting, and spending time with her family and their lovely dog, Milly. She loves being outdoors and taking advantage of everything the Steamboat area has to offer.
