I was born in Poland where I earned my teaching degree and taught English. I moved to Chicago, then Connecticut where I owned and operated my own business. When I found the Olympic Peninsula, I was struck by how it had everything I needed: pristine wilderness with majestic mountains, breathtaking water views, great schools, an involved community, exceptionally low crime, and a slower pace of life and an exceptionally mild climate. Since my move here, I have never looked back!
