Lindsay received her Master Certified Negotiation Expert (MCNE) certification in 2018. Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES), Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), Pricing Strategies Advisor (PSA) and ePro Certification all in 2020. This specialized training is an incredible asset to her buyers and sellers.
After 15 years of working in the financial industry in real estate foreclosures, Lindsay pursued her passion and earned her real estate license. During her career, in both finance and real estate, she has successfully negotiated the sale of hundreds of properties. Whether it be recommending minor improvements or suggesting selling as-is, she has a passion for finding the most profitable solution.
Lindsay is also an avid supporter of her community, she currently volunteers for the Whatcom Humane Society, Ferndale Chamber of Commerce, North Cascades Bluegrass Festival and her previous churchs technology team. She invests in continuing her education to maintain status as an industry expert. She is also certified through the New York Institute of Photography (NYIP) with a Professional Photographer Certification.
A life-long Whatcom County resident, Lindsay currently makes her home in Ferndale. Outside of real estate she enjoys gardening, photography, and exploring the hills with her beloved English Springer Spaniel!
