Located in Sumner Washington which is 25 miles south of Seattle and 10 miles East of Tacoma my office services Pierce, Thurston and King Counties. Currently affiliated with NAR (National Association of Realtors); NAHREP (National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals); and AREAA (Asian Real Estate Association of America) plus the local chapters of each association. In addition I am an affiliate member of REOMAC, (Real Estate Owned Managers Association of California) plus members US REO Partners and Default Industry Leaders. I have completed training Asset Plan for distressed property (Short Sale) marketing. During my real estate career, I was the president of local MLS, member of Board of Directors for both Pierce & King County Association of Realtors and was instructor for local community college in Real Estate Management, certified trainer for State of Washington and nationally for a national real estate franchise to train real estate marketing and sales. Each year I continue to upgrade my personal real estate training and knowledge through continued educational programs from within and outside this industry. All members of my support staff and real estate staff have additional training each year to allow them to work smarter better and more efficiently. Our objective is to make sure we provide the best service we can for each and every customer and client. We also feel it helps to provide and share that knowledge to our community, our neighbors and even our competition. While I have received a number of awards for high achievment both locally and nationally what is more important is that with each customer and client I start at the beginning and work to achieve the results that are best for them.

Jim specializes in acreage, lots, mountain and sound views, waterfront, investment, bank owned, buyer agents, short sales, buying rehab properties and selling homes transactions.
