I am a Seattle native but have lived over half my life in Kitsap County. My time here has given me an intimate knowledge of this area, and I love what Kitsap has to offer! I am an active member of our local equestrian community, and I love sharing my passion with others. I am also active in a variety of Kitsap business, church and volunteer groups, and I love giving back to my community!

I have an extensive background in both business and architecture, and my familiarity with building systems and design is a definite asset to my profession. I work diligently to maintain an up-to-date understanding of neighborhoods, trends, and markets, and my strong business background allows me to help clients successfully navigate even the most complex real estate transactions. I recognize that our age 50+ community has unique needs, and in response I have been awarded the SRES (Seniors Real Estate Specialist) designation by the National Association of Realtors. The additional education I received provides me with the expertise needed to counsel mature clients through the major financial and lifestyle transitions that are a part of relocating, refinancing, buying, or selling a home. And I bring consistent value to clients by being a dedicated team player, always striving to improve myself while working to make ours a better community for everyone concerned. Throughout every transaction I work closely with my clients, lenders, appraisers, inspectors, title and escrow companies, and other real estate professionals to ensure goals are met, deals are closed, and dreams are fulfilled!
