Finding the perfect property is not only about the location or the finishes in the kitchen, its just knowing that your life is going to happen in that home as soon as you walk through the door. With a background that includes commercial property management, mortgage lending and insurance, I have some unique tools to help make that wonderful feeling a reality. Thinking back, some of my favorite transactions have been where I've been able to close the deal successfully, when everybody else had given up. And often saved my clients some money to boot!
I grew up in South Africa and moved permanently to Portland in 1995. Seeking an escape from the city, my teenage daughter and I moved to the Peninsula in 2006, and found a most unusual place to call home... located at the confluence of the great Pacific Ocean and the Columbia River, surrounded by water, natural beauty and a strong sense of community, I've met people who could live anywhere in the world, and they have chosen to live here.
Some of my favorite things to do outside of the office are growing food and flowers with my husband Mark at our little farm, Bolderson Ranch, and walking or cycling the Discovery Trail with my schnoodle Pepper.
