Second, I am not a mass-producer with a wide geographical reach. My focus on the local market and my preference is to work with a finite number of like-minded clients. We've all heard the phrase 'shop local' and 'buy local'. Real Estate is as local as it gets. You deserve a REALTOR who really knows the area you are looking to buy or sell in. My hyper-focus is the Skykomish Valley; Monroe, Snohomish, Sultan and Gold Bar but Ive also sold homes in Duvall, Carnation, Everett, Woodinville and Redmond.
Third, as a Certified Residential Specialist, I have completed advanced professional training and demonstrated outstanding professional achievement in residential real estate.
Every year I look forward to helping my clients with their general real estate needs buying and selling. However, I have a strong expertise in historic, unique, distinctive homes as well as equestrian properties. I have a special interest in preserving history and building community.
On the personal side, family, my community, horses, and photography are my passions. Another little tidbit I am a flower farmer with an interest in peonies and family heirloom irises and lilies. Living organically is also very important to me since so much of what I love loves the outdoors!
