Born and raised in Yakima, I have called the Yakima Valley home my entire life. I know the area, the businesses, the schools (having originally been a school teacher), and the people as well as anyone could. I also owned and managed electronic retail stores (Owner of Stereo First by Bemis) for nearly 40 years so am beyond experienced in handling the toughest negotiations.

I think I am also different than most agents in that I prefer to work with clients that I can truly call friends throughout the transaction process and beyond. I believe there is a level of trust that can only be reached if a business relationship is more than just a "client/agent" thing.

As a managing broker of our west Yakima office, I get the opportunity to work with a lot of our new agents assisting them with their document preparations so I am well versed in handling the sometimes overwhelming issues surrounding dealing with the paperwork involved with buying or selling a home.

I tend to focus primarily on Yakima County residential transactions as I know this valley so well and am most comfortable in this field. I am happy to work with my Tri Cities friends and clients as well, but home is home, and I love the Yakima Valley. Though now residing in Selah, I spent most of my life calling west Yakima my home.

Not only am I an expert in residential listings and sales, I also specialize in mountain properties. I have many years of experience in listing and selling unique homes and land on Chinook and White Pass. From cabins and summer homes to primary residences, I can help you buy or list a property and also assist with any questions you might have regarding forest permitted property within the Naches Ranger District.
