Dan and Cheryl have both been lifelong residents of the Pacific Northwest; this allows them to be well versed in existing housing communities as well as new housing communities.
Dan started his Real Estate career in 1972 he knew that with his knowledge of the market, attention to detail, prompt follow-up, and educated negotiation strategies it would provide his clients with the best professional and confident atmosphere during their real estate transactions.
Cheryl started selling Real Estate in 1995 and with her diverse background in Industrial/Interior design, construction, accounting and a passion for meeting her clients needs; she knew there would be many lives she could impact.
