Before embarking on my full-time real estate career, I worked in the high tech industry for many years. Part of my prior career (nearly 20 years) was spent at First American Title doing the title side of the business before I went into Information Technology. I was a title examiner, did the Partition Plat map changes, went to the courthouse every day checking on new filings, etc. It was great experience. I have done some diverse transactions both on the buyer and seller side: a 5,000 sq. ft. log cabin in Scappoose, a condo in Tanasbourne, a luxury water-front home in Lake Oswego, as well as some nice single-family residential properties in the Beaverton area. I have worked with investors on distressed properties and fix and flips.
