I treat each of my clients like they are my only client, providing the client care that I know I like to receive when someone is working on my behalf. I am a very discerning individual myself and know what it takes to deliver results that amaze and delight my clients.
Before I began my career in real estate, I spent twenty years working for non-profit organizations affiliated with the National Hockey League in Montreal, New Jersey, Philadelphia and Seattle. My job was to raise funds for the non-profit and during my service, I raised millions of dollars. My work put me in touch with many top business leaders and powerful people. As a result, I learned to not be intimidated by any task or person, how to market effectively to these individuals, and it provided me the mindset that I use every day in my real estate career. My tenacity often got me the donation then; today that tenacity gets my clients the deal.
Having grown up on the Sammamish Plateau and having lived here my entire life, I have knowledge of the area not many real estate agents can match. Because I am a graduate of the local schools, currently have three boys (and numerous nieces, nephews, and second cousins) enrolled in a number of different schools within the region, my understanding of the school districts is unparalleled. In addition, I have vast knowledge about sports and the different activities that are available for kids throughout our area.
In addition to helping home buyers and sellers, I am also skilled at helping people relocate, I am comfortable with investment properties, and if now is not the right time to buy, I can also help coordinate rental property, especially for those relocating.
