A California transplant and US Navy Veteran, I've made Western Washington my home for the last 23 years. So far in 2021, 70% of my business has been helping buyers purchase homes. To be able to do that in a seller's market takes an immense amount of skill and creativity. Additionally, I've also been able to successfully help my home sellers to navigate and negotiate multiple offers on their homes, helping them select the offer with the best overall terms for them.
