Raymond is a resident of Kitsap County and supports the entire area with a particular focus on Bainbridge Island. While hes poised for residential sales of all types, he has a penchant for serving first-time homebuyers, seniors, and luxury property transactions. Raymond grew up in the affluent town of Montecito, CA and still owns property there, so he has a deep, personal understanding of the luxury market. Nearly one-third of his clients are part of the LGBTQ+ community, which he is humbled to serve as a happily married gay man.

With robust knowledge of statewide real estate rules and complex property contracts, Raymond is a proficient advisor. He vigilantly studies the local market and is always ready for its eventual shifts. Certified as an e-PRO in advanced digital marketing, he offers his buyers and sellers competitive marketing packages, which include ads for TV, magazines, social media, and print. When it comes time for negotiations, Raymond has tactics as a Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE), Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA) and Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES) to effectively advocate for his customers best interests.

Raymond earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Notre Dame. Prior to his real estate career, he spent 20 years teaching history and English overseas, and he founded an education corporation of which he acted as CFO. After living in South Korea for 10 years, he speaks intermediate-level Korean and enjoys putting that skill to use whenever he can. Raymond loves to read, travel and spend quality time with his husband and their two miniature Poodles.
