For Sellers: Perform a comparable Market analysis to determine marketing conditions and pricing strategy for the home, Implement a state of the art marketing plan through the internet, print and direct marketing to insure home has maximum exposure , update sellers after each showing and give feedback from the prospective buyers. Follow up with sellers periodically on the status of the listing and market conditions.
