I have been a Licensed Real Estate Broker in the sate of Wisconsin for the past 28 years. During that time, I have helped hundreds of clients through the buying and selling process. Ive handled sales ranging from $5,000 to over $1 million, regardless of price, I strive to treat every client with the same level of exceptional customer service and personal attention. It is that focus on top-notch service, trust, and clear communication that has allowed my business to grow, and I now work almost entirely on referrals from family, friends, and past clients.
Aside from my personal business, I maintain an active involvement in our industrys local market. I served as a board member/director on the SCWMLS, which serves 15 counties and 3,000 agents in southern Wisconsin for 8 years as a Director. Previously, I have held ownership interest at Keller Williams Realty and managed 10 offices with 125+ agents at Re/Max Preferred. I have now been managing at Restaino & Associates for 13 years. Personal Background
As a proud, lifelong resident, I often feel like an ambassador of the Madison area. I believe that nobody knows Dane County the way I do, and I consider myself to be a Southern Wisconsin specialist. I currently live in the Waunakee area after 50 years as a Madison resident. We have 3 adult daughters, 2 grandchildren, and I am grateful that we were able to raise our family in such a great community. We have owned numerous homes, condominiums, rental properties, and vacations rentals. Weve even flipped a few homes in the past.
My family actively volunteers our time to assist the community with fundraising efforts for the Henry Vilas Zoo. Ive coached youth baseball, softball, soccer, and basketball for over 20 years, and Ive served on the East Madison Little League Board of Directors. I also established a competitive fast pitch club/organization for high school aged girls in the area, and developed a competitive fast pitch league in Southern Wisconsin for girls 10-18 years old. Topping out with 65 teams participating annually. Aside from sports, my main passion outside of real estate is fishing any time and any where!
