Cheryl has a wealth of resources that she mobilizes to get the job done with minimal stress to the seller and maximum impact on the buyer.

Cheryl does the leg work. You work full time, Cheryl works full time for you. After you give her your wish list, she surveys the current inventory and emails you not only the listings, but her preview observations of homes that appeal to you. It really is personalized luxury service for every buyer. She works with as much urgency as you require. If you need to be in your next home quickly, she can do what she calls power tours where you can view as many as 10 homes in one day. If you prefer a more relaxed pace, she will adjust accordingly. Her philosophy is that it is never too early for buyers to begin educating themselves on the market. She never feels that it is a waste of her time to serve buyers, even if a move is not imminent. She is fiercely loyal to her buyers and with her expert service finds that buyers are also loyal to her. Once you find your ideal home, she negotiates wholeheartedly on your behalf, and once agreeable terms are reached she shares her knowledge of resources buyers need-- inspectors, attorneys, mortgage brokers, and others, to ensure smooth transition from contract to successful close.

Cheryl has spent much of her life here on the North Shore. Shes lived in Glencoe, Wilmette, Highland Park, where she currently resides with her family. She spent her post-college years living in Chicago, and a 5 year period in St Louis, Missouri. She therefore has a special understanding of the challenges facing families looking to relocate. Her three daughters attended local North Shore district schools and she is always happy to share her knowledge and experience with buyers looking for resources. Cheryl enjoys hiking on the Green Bay Trail, picnicking at Ravinia festival in the summer, cooking and baking for family and friends who often seem to end up on her porch.
