I am John Guarisco, Broker/Owner of North Country Real Estate. I have been a Licensed real estate broker in Wisconsin since 1982. I have spent that entire time as a sales associate, then broker with North Country Real Estate, Inc. I have been a Realtor member (National, State, Marinette County) since 1982. During that time, I have served as President of the Marinette County Board of Realtors three times (86-87, 95-96, & 02-03). I have served as a State Director to the Wisconsin Realtor Association (88-92). I have served and chaired the Professional Standards and Grievance Committees for the Marinette County Board of Realtors. I currently serve on the MLS committee.

I have been the corporate President of North Country Real Estate, Inc since 1998.

I have been professionally evaluating land values since 1982. I have been Wisconsin Licensed Real Estate Appraiser since 1991.

I served as a Director of the board to Bank North for ten years.

I have instructed several classes for Northeast Wisconsin Technical College. These include: Real Estate Exam Prep & Broker Exam Prep.

I have served as a board member for the Town of Wausaukee for 14 years (92-06) .

I served as a member of the Marinette County Board of Supervisors for 6 years (4/6 -4/12). During that time I was a committee member on the Land Information Committee, the Elderly Services Committee, the Executive Committee, and Chaired the Re-districting Committee.

I have been a member of the Wausaukee Lions Club since 1983.

I have served a President of the Wausaukee Business Association and the Crivitz Business Association.

I am the current President of the Crivitz Recreation Association.

My wife Debbie and I have lived in Marinette County since 1978. First in the Town of Beaver, then in the Town of Wausaukee, and currently in Middle Inlet. Our three children, Tom, Nicole, and Gina (Tom) live and work in the Crivitz area. We have two wonderful grandchildren Sicilei and Aryana. Debbie and I are both active in the local line dancing club, the North Country Kickers.
