As a lifelong resident of Walworth County, I have a deep knowledge and appreciation of the many wonderful towns, lakes and countryside areas in my Southeastern Wisconsin territory - places that my clients now call home!
My personal insights into the region are coupled with extensive professional experience in realty and home construction both. I have worked exclusively in real estate since 2010, and have garnered awards from Rookie of the Year to Honor Society to Multi-Million Dollar Club. I also have many years experience working in my familys custom home building business. In both professional capacities, I have developed a unique understanding and appreciation for quality construction in both new and older homes. In following, my above-and-beyond goal for all my clients is to help them find them not only exceptional homes but also homes that serve them exceptionally well. I bring that same depth of knowledge and experience to my clients who are selling their homes, enhanced by seasoned presentation, marketing and communication skills.
I cover a wide range of realty arenas from established neighborhoods and lake home communities, to new construction and vacant land, to country retreats and farm properties, too. And for those clients who share my love of animals, I also understand that there are sometimes important four-legged considerations to factor into home buying and selling equations - along with the two-legged ones!
My past background also includes work in human resources management - and I utilize that training in bringing tested organizational, interpersonal and negotiating skills to all my client work, along with a high standard of personal service. I am known for my unparalleled thoroughness and attention to detail in real estate transaction management, from contract to closing.
