Raised in a family with a father who emphasized real estate as an investment, Alinda grew up listening and discussing real estate transactions. By her early 30s, she began buying and selling property for herself, thus, understanding both the buyers and sellers side.
Through the years, Alinda never lost sight of her real estate interests. However, she succeeded in medical, fitness, and business careers prior to her current full-time commitment as a real estate professional. A glimpse into Alindas background reveals her zest for life and determination. Alinda earned a Doctorate of Optometry and Post Doctorate in Public Health; became one of Americas leading experts in the use of heart rate monitors in fitness training; established Free Spirit Adventures, Greenbrier Countys first and continued bicycle/ touring business; and in 2001 and 2010 rode her bicycle across America.
In 2012, Alinda decided to enter real estate full time and associated with Country Road Realty, LLC. That year, she was awarded Greenbrier Valley Board of Realtors (GVBOR) Rising Star Realtor. In 2013, Alinda earned GVBOR Most Transactions. In 2014, Alinda was voted by her peers as GVBOR Favorite Realtor. She feels Favorite Realtor is a true honor because she learns from and respects her colleagues.
Highly motivated and always determined, Alinda believes the most important aspect to success is caring. Whether someone is selling the family farm, buying a new house, choosing the perfect business location, or finding a place on the river for pure enjoyment, each client needs an agent who listens to their needs; understands their perspective, and cares. Alinda lives in Greenbrier County with her husband. Together they continue to ride bicycles, train for fitness, operate their businesses, and enjoy the people in the local area.
