Sherri owned and operated a cosmetology business for over 24 years.
For nearly 12 years, Sherri also owned and operated a business for the import, breeding, competition and marketing of Friesian horses.
For 4 years, in addition to the two previous business ventures, Sherri was the President and Co-Founder of the Colorado Friesian Horse Club, a volunteer position with the goal of providing events and resources for the local Friesian horse community.
During those previous 4 years, Sherri got her first look behind the scenes into real estate, while basically becoming a Brokers assistant, because her significant other was a Broker, who was hoping to inspire a career change. She learned a LOT about the industry, up close and personal, and this experience made a definite impact and was the eventual segue into Sherris real estate career.

Sherri moved to the DFW area in the spring of 2013. She became a licensed real estate sales agent summer of 2016. From that point on, with much appreciation for the faith and trust that her friends and clients had placed in her, Sherri was fortunate to have closed nearly 28 million dollars in real estate sales production since her first full year as a licensed real estate agent. (2017) For agents whove had the opportunity to work with a partner or team of co-agents on some, or perhaps most of their property transactions, that would seem like a fairly modest number. But for Sherri, having accomplished each and every property sale or purchase transaction as an individual agent, on her own merits, without any brokerage leads, agent partnerships, or team contributions, it felt like an incredible feat that she is immensely thankful for, and will never take for granted.

Sherri has represented clients for everything from apartment leases to 1,400+ acre ranches with multiple homes and structures, and everything in between. Shes listed and sold, as well as owned her own lakefront home and knows the things you need to be informed of, when it comes to living on a lake. Sherri has had the task of getting street addresses assigned to properties that never had one, has a comprehensive understanding of mineral rights and is often researching locations to inform buyer clients of gas and oil well activity near, or perhaps on, any properties they have interest in, and she also has experience helping clients to understand, manage, and comply with the requirements of agricultural exemptions that may come along with select rural properties.

Along the way, Sherri has added a few things to her real estate tool kit. Shes a big fan of credibility and is always seeking ways to provide an elevated quality of service for her clients. Toward that goal, Sherri has earned the additional real estate certifications and designations of ALHS (Accredited Luxury Home Specialist) and PSA (Pricing Strategy Advisor), CHMS (Certified Home Marketing Specialist), SRS (Seller Representative Specialist), RENE (Real Estate Negotiation Expert), ePro (NAR's Official Technology Certification), ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative), NHC (New Home Construction Buyer Representative), C2EX (NAR's REALTORS Commitment to Excellence Endorsement for dedication to practicing real estate at the Highest Professional Standards), and last but not least, her Broker license!
