Chris began his real estate career shortly after purchasing his first home. Being nervous about making the largest purchase of his life, he felt frustrated that his agent couldn't answer his questions and ease his concerns. He vowed right then to be a better Agent, and he has successfully done that for the past 21 years. Whether in English, Spanish, or Sign Language, Chris' experience guides you through the home-buying process with ease.
Chris has served in several leadership roles in the real estate industry including working with the state and local Board of Realtors -- his favorite was reviewing and revising the forms and contracts used in the industry.
Chris has a strong passion for older homes and has an Advanced Historic House Specialist designation through Preservation Dallas. The Mayor of Dallas also appointed him as Chairman of the City of Dallas Landmark Commission; this volunteer position protects historic properties throughout the city.
