Pratt is home to the historic Pratt-Reed House, which was built in 1875 and is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. The house is a two-story brick structure with a gabled roof and features a wrap-around porch. It is one of the few remaining examples of Italianate architecture in West Virginia.
