Since 2002, I have owned a small business in Wyoming and I learned that it is important to always have clear expectations.
Wyoming and Sweetwater County are close to my heart. I served five sessions in the Wyoming Legislature living and shopping in Cheyenne. It was great to experience the dynamics of making laws and its connection to the housing market. It also allowed me to make professional connections throughout the state from Gillette to Cody, from Cheyenne to Evanston. Meeting the people throughout the state of Wyoming was one of the greatest aspects to serving in the Wyoming House of Representatives.
I graduated from Rock Springs High School in 1998, continued my education at Western Wyoming Community College graduating with an associates of art degree in 2002 and an associates of science degree in 2003. I then continued my education at the University of Wyoming, in Laramie, attending the campus for one year. I completed my BA degree in 2010. During my time in Laramie, I was able to learn a lot about the community and the pride that our state takes in supporting the University of Wyoming Cowboy and Cowgirl athletics. The Wyoming Poke Pride is something that unites us from Yellowstone to Cheyenne and Gillette to Evanston.
