Dave was born and raised in Chesapeake, VA. He joined the Air Force after graduating from high school. While serving in the military, he obtained his Associates Degree in Criminal Justice. The Air Force transferred Dave to Cheyenne, WY, where he served ten years and where he now calls home.
In 2010 Dave was offered an opportunity of a lifetime to sell real estate and pursue his dream of being an entrepreneur. In his relatively short career as realtor he has acquired the necessary knowledge and expertise to successfully market and complete the sale of property in a timely manner. He has also developed a network of associates and resources to meet the varied needs of his clients.
Having served in the military and being married to a career active duty military member, he understands the requirements of the (PCS) moves encountered by military families. He prides himself in relating to their unique needs.
Dave is currently an active member of the Cheyenne Board of Realtors and serves as Treasurer of the Board, along with his duties as Director of Education on the Board.
He also enjoys spending time with his wife Pam and three beautiful children.
