I have worked for Century 21 Action Realty for my entire career and have been a broker since 1989. I have extensive education and experience in the Casper market and especially enjoy first time home buyers and marketing income properties.

When I started selling real estate I made a promise to myself that I would do my best to educate my buyers and make sure they knew what they were doing by the time they signed an offer. That is part of the reason many of the clients I work with today are the children, grandchildren and friends of previous clents. People go to a family doctor, lawyer, dentist etc. and I am their family Realtor.

Income properties to me are fun and easy to sell, there is much less emotion involved than in residential sales and the numbers tell it like it is. There are 7 different valuations for income property and savvy investors know what numbers work for them. Not so savvy or new investors appreciate the knowledge of a broker that understands an income analysis and can guide them to successful, smart investing. It is imparative to have an agent market your property that is knowledgable and experienced in income properties, valuation and marketing.

In todays world of technology, I often find it frustrating to call someone and have to go through a sequence of questions, answers and beeps to get to the person I need to speak with. For that reason, I provide "Person to Person" service and answer my phone calls with "NO CODES NEEDED". When you want to reach me, pick up the phone and call me at 307-247-1302 (cell) , if I don't answer I am either on the phone or with a client, leave me a message and I will call you back ASAP. I do not trap numbers or hound people with high pressure sales techniques!

People know when they see a property they like or want, I don't sell property, I provide service, quality service. It is my job to locate properties, assist with financing, inspections, repairs, adivce, guidance etc. for my buyers and to provide the best marketing and latest technologies for my sellers to get the highest price in the shortest amount of time with the least inconvenience.

Forms change, laws change, regulations change, the only thing that doesn't change is the "Golden Rule" and that is how I operate my business. I am fair and honest to all and treat them as I would choose to be treated.
