Before becoming a licensed real estate agent, Kim and her husband were already buying and selling properties within the Laramie community, and she understands the roller coaster ride it can be when going through the process. Kim is a Wyoming native, and she and her husband have lived in Laramie for over 25 years. Kim spent most of her time in Laramie working for the University of Wyoming in Marketing, Graphic Design, and Program and Event Management. Her husband, Dave, taught second and third grade at the University of Wyoming Lab School for five years before starting his own electrical company in 2003. They joined the rental market when they bought their second home and decided to rent out their first home, which was close to campus and has been in the family since the 1930s. They have since purchased other various investment properties, as well as purchased and fixed up their own homes.
Kims biggest passions are her dogs and her love for interior design. She and her husband love fixer-uppers and making them like new. Kim loves seeing the potential in a home and how beautiful it can be. She is a visionary, a creative thinker, and likes to think outside the box.
