Our Broker/Owner, Byron Barkhurst, has a long heritage and deep roots in the valley. His wife Wendy and their five children love calling the valley their home.
Byron and Wendy started investing in Multi-Family properties in 2011. During that time Byron began managing their own properties and obtained his Real Estate License.
Byron has been a Realtor since 2014 and has had his sights on opening an office from day one.
With an in depth knowledge of Ranching, Wyoming Water Rights, Multi-Family Income Properties, it seemed natural to build the company on the core values of Hard Work, Honesty, and Integrity.
Byron is a former board member of the Carbon County Planning & Zoning board, and is currently a Carbon County Commissioner.
Being an innovator in the market, Byron was one of the first to introduce Drone Video Marketing to his listings in early 2017. Our marketing plan includes professional photos, interior videos, as well as Scenic Drone videos.
